NO MAKE UP: Catriona Gray sings with bare face on SNL Birthday Prod

Hail to the Queen of the Universe Catriona Gray, who is celebrating her special day for the first time with her newest family in Sunday Noontime Live!

Catriona who is turning 27 on January 6, performed a special production number that is truly empowering and inspirational. With a bare face and a simple styling, she sang a heartfelt rendition of Alessia Cara's 'Scars to Your Beautiful', reminding everyone that they're worthy and beautiful just the way they are.

She was video greeted by her friends and loved ones, from Team Catriona and her Miss Universe family to the organizations she's working with like Young Focus, Love Yourself and Smile Train. Warm greetings that gave us a glimpse of how kind-hearted and passionate she is behind the glitz and the glam.

Catriona was surprised by a special video greeting from the love of her life Sam Milby, who honored her for her heart that is full of compassion -  for always putting others first and how blessed he is to have her in his life. A surprise greeting that definitely wrapped her birthday celebration.

"I have so much to be thankful for. I feel like this year I've grown so much... just with maturity and the things that I've learned. It has made me really really hopeful." She said when asked about how different and meaningful her birthday is this 2021.
